Our manufacturing expertise includes outdoor mass cultivation, indoor fermentation, and extraction. We are capable of supplying both bulk materials and finished goods. Additionally, photobacteria, such as microalgae, utilize CO2 from the air, enhancing absorption capacity, mitigating CO2 emissions, and reducing transport-related emissions.

FEBICO's ODM health products primarily use in-house ingredients for formulation. Our ODM clients include hospitals, pharmacy chains, biotech firms, mother and baby retailers, direct sellers, telemarketing companies, fitness centers, and brands from countries such as the UK, Germany, Malaysia, Thailand, Poland, and the USA.

With a focus on professional specialization, FEBICO is dedicated to developing functional ingredients and patented extraction technologies. We conduct independent testing and analysis for each batch and utilize automated packaging lines for various processing procedures.

Liquid supplement (glass bottle, drops, spray)

Glass bottle filling and sanitization by autoclave. Each bottle has a maximum capacity of 2.5 liters and comes with an autoclavable bottle cap. Each carton contains four bottles. For squeezable dropper bottles, packages are available in different sizes (30ml, 50ml) and materials (LDPE, PET, and glass).

Solid supplement (powder, tablet, capsule)

The powder is screened through a 60-mesh net with a particle size of 250 microns, and the particle size can be customized upon request. Tablets are available in round (200mg, 250mg, 400mg, 500mg) and oval-shaped (500mg) varieties. Letter marking on tablets is available upon request. The selection of capsules includes hard capsules, soft capsules, and vegetable capsules in various sizes.

Snacks (granola bar, noodle)

Algae-extracted protein can be processed into plant-based, easily absorbed protein extrusions. It is further used in food products such as granola bars and non-fried wavy noodles.
